Job Title

A Director 2, Healthcare Technology Maintenance and Management role is available at our client's Healthcare facility in Zanesville, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement policies and programs to deliver high-quality biomedical equipment services.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with regional leaders to plan and develop strategies for medical equipment installation, cybersecurity, and technical support.
Integrate new technology to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
Provide learning and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
Experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring talent.
Executive-level experience interacting with C-suite leaders.

Key Duties:

Oversee clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance.
Manage project planning and capital investments.
Foster strong client and customer relationships.
Purchase equipment and manage subcontracts.
Lead financial planning and budgeting.
Hire, train, and develop team members.
Pursue organic sales growth.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of management experience.
5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
Experience managing healthcare technology services.
