    Overview

    We Are Hiring: In-Home Behavior Therapist

    Compensation: $25-30 per hour based on experience

    Work Schedule: Flexible hours from Monday to Friday in the afternoon and evening, dependent on location and clients' needs

    Location: Various neighboring cities including Acton, Ashland, Berlin, Bolton, Boxborough, Boylston, Clinton, Framingham, Grafton, Holden, Hopkinton, Hudson, Littleton, Marlborough, Maynard, Milford, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Westborough, and Worcester

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Join our team where you will receive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to positively impact the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve teaching clients in their homes and communities to achieve the goals outlined in their individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the safety and supervision of assigned clients
    • Provide one-to-one instruction following program guidelines
    • Record data accurately using Rethink
    • Assist with progress reports
    • Collaborate effectively with the treatment team
    • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
    • Comply with HIPAA and FERPA regulations
    • Complete required training programs
    • Offer parent/family training and feedback
    • Record program and behavior data diligently
    • Provide instruction in various environments

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred
    • Prior experience working with children with autism and related disabilities preferred
    • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox
    • Compassionate, hardworking, and punctual
    • Physical capabilities to work with clients
    • Valid driver's license
    • Access to reliable transportation and internet-connected device
    • Pass CORI and SORI checks
