- Provides general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.

- Responds to/refers incoming patient treatment-related phone calls. Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions.

Rapid City Medical Center has a full-time position available for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant in our Interventional Pain department. This is an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge and work with patients on their specialty plan of care. This position will assist providers in clinic with patient care, scheduling, and scribing. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication, computer and organizational skills.Current nursing license or Certified Medical Assistant registration is required. Previous clinic experience is not required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
