    This role will support the CIO PMO Organization.

    This role will be responsible for working in a Project Management capacity to oversee multiple projects delivering IT infrastructure, cloud and Security services to internal clients.

    This role will also be responsible for leading matrixed resources in the full project life cycle from initiation through close, aligning technology solutions with business requirements, working directly with senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities, conducting analysis, and managing the delivery schedule to achieve business metrics and benchmarks.

    This individual works in a team environment as a member of the broader CIO Org cross-functional team.
    The position requires strong organization, communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to report on the status of projects and results to executive level leadership. Must have good planning and time-management skills and be adept at balancing multiple assignments and deadlines. Must be a self-starter who can build a good rapport with internal partners and peers.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collaborate on technological projects in many industries including engineering, infrastructure, application teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision for the programs.

    Evaluate and refine technical project proposals.

    Planning and executing strategies to identify and reduce costs in cloud environments, collaborating with multiple teams to align with specified cost-saving targets.

    Plan, monitor and control multiple large-scale cloud migration projects through all phases of the project lifecycle

    Heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings with the business, fielding questions from the business, as well as handling issues that arise from the business.

    Track project changes and produce an updated schedule as agreed with other Departments, Stakeholders, and the PMO
    Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues.
    Gather and update project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents.

    Speaking to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects.

    Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution as required.
    Communicate with internal and external parties on project status and prepare reports for management review.
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Technical, Project Management, Business, Education, Business/Administration, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems
    5+ years of IT project management experience acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
    5+ years? experience working in a defined project management methodology.
    Strong analytical and project management skills required.
    Extensive experience in managing complex cloud-based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure.
    Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office suites
    Ability to work directly with business leaders in a collaborative manner.
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Strong technical skills especially knowledge of fundamental cloud technologies and terminology
    Knowledge with collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Sharepoint, TEAMS
    Knowledge of procedures and guidelines, process improvement, and product management is preferred.
    Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
    Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and experience with formal process improvement practices, strong analytical aptitude
