Job summary
The Training Coordinator is accountable for planning, delivery and evaluation of training programs including new employee orientation. The role involves enhancing current training programs to align with established plant goals for safety, quality and production.+
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the planning and delivery of training programs- Ensures job training qualification and certification processes are followed+
Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Education or related field- 2 – 5 years previous work experience in manufacturing environment- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)- Understanding of meeting facilitation principles and adult learning theory-Job description
