Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to help seniors live their best lives. The successful candidate will have experience in physical therapy with an emphasis on community health education and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.Responsibilities include planning, organizing and directing homecare services; assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status; directing physical therapy treatment; instructing clients and families/caregivers in the use of therapeutic appliances;
establishing goals based on diagnosis and skilled need
