    As an SEM manager, you'll contribute to Client's growth strategy from ideation to execution. You'll set up and share SEM goals and manage Paid Search campaigns. You will have both an analytical and strategic mindset, with strong presentation skills, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.


    What you'll do:
    Drive performance by acquiring paid traffic in the most cost-effective way and turning them into high quality leads for sales teams; closely collaborate with sales/product teams to make sure that the paid search program continuously improves ROI
    Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, test plans, risk/benefit analyses
    Perform campaign activities for Paid Search (PPC) campaigns including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion
    Monitor and report on daily SEM portfolio performance; develop excel and/or SQL-based reporting to measure performance and test results from impressions, actions, cost, and present findings, and identify new opportunities
    Manage spend and continually optimize campaigns to successfully meet ROI and run-rate goals
    Manage agency from day-to-day to quarterly/annually strategic touchpoints
    Develop and implement new strategies for portfolio optimization and volume growth
    Improve performance through testing and analysis
    Investigate and understand the impact from systemic and seasonal factors on lead volume and quality
    Stay current with Google and overall digital marketing best practices
    Coordinate activities with marketing (both organic and paid), product, and sales teams
    Partner closely with Data Engineering and Marketing Ops to drive requirements for data needs and marketing stack

    Job requirements:
    Bachelor's degree
    Experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Microsoft Ads, eRetail platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.)

    Experience outside of SEM is plus:
    Google Ads Display, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Amazon DSP
    Additional SEM software skills is a plus: Adobe Ecosystem Target, AEM, Tableau, Kenshoo, Marin, Hitwise, etc.
    Experience with SQL and visualization tools are a plus
    Ability to own and manage many overlapping responsibilities
    Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
