- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts for mobile applications, websites, and backend services.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile ceremonies, taking ownership of the QA process.
- Participate actively in the development process from definition, design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Support Product Managers in work estimates and planning.
- Conduct frontend testing of web applications and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Perform backend testing, including testing of API layers and backend architecture.
- Ensure application stability and performance with other internal and external systems, including point of sale (POS) systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI, PII, GDPR, ADA, and/or WCAG.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with consumerfacing mobile apps (Android and/or iOS), websites, and/or backend services.
- 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum software delivery teams.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zephyr, and test case management software.
- Familiarity with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Familiarity/experience with cloud computing services such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTTP Proxy applications such as Charles or Fiddler is a plus.
- Experience using ADB/Logcat/StackTrace is preferred.
- Familiarity/experience with Android Studio/Xcode is preferred.
- Experience with objectoriented programming languages is preferred.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Postman or similar for API testing.
- Moderate to advanced scripting experience.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Appium frameworks.
- Ability to triage defects and determine the risk.
- Experience with creating automation code within an automation framework.
- Experience with load testing frameworks is a plus.
