    • Link Technologies ), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

      The role will be crucial in facilitating the transfer of existing knowledge related to all Accela and integration products, as well as contributing to the continuous growth and success of supporting the permitting system, processes, and implementations within the departments. This position will play a vital role within a cross-functional team, ensuring the transfer of existing knowledge and leading the team to successfully complete complex projects within specified deadlines. This involves documenting and identifying project objectives and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to execute plans effectively.

      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the information technology field, with at least three (3) years dedicated specifically to working within land development departments of local governments, utilizing systems such as Accela, ePermitHub, Selectron, Service Now, SeeClickFix, File360, and document management servers.
      • Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing IT technical projects within local government settings.
      • Possess the ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups primarily consisting of infrastructure, network systems, and desktop services personnel.
      • Proficient in professional documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Effective communication with both external stakeholders and internal staff.
      • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, proactive and positive team player, resourceful, and innovative.
      • Hands-on experience in developing technical and user-friendly communications.
      • Proficient in documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using ServiceNow.
      • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, including working under pressure, handling heavy volumes, and meeting demanding deadlines.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft products such as MS Project and Visio, as well as ITIL tools.
      • Availability to work onsite as required.
      • Successful completion of a rigorous criminal background check, which may require up to eight (8) weeks.
      PREFERRED
      • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading infrastructure and network projects within local government.
      • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, showcasing fluency in both verbal and written communication.
      • Basic understanding required in infrastructure, networks, and radio/microwave components, Active Directory, Windows, and cloud technologies.
      MILESTONE DELIVERABLES
      • Meet with project resources, including vendors and supervisors within two (2) weeks of assigned project.
      • First draft of project plan due within four (4) weeks; includes review with project team, supervisors, and managers.
      • Final draft of project plan due within five (5) weeks.
      • Provide project status update within two (2) weeks of assignment and every week thereafter.
      • Deliver assigned projects on schedule; if project is in jeopardy of not meeting deadline, inform stakeholders within 24 hours of determination.
      • Ensure all developed requirements and changes are properly documented across all environments.
      • Conduct project close out processes within one (1) week of project completion.
      • Other project deliverables will be discussed as needed.
      • Create project plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to schedule deadlines.
      DAILY/WEEKLY EXPECTATIONS
      • Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly.
      • Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting.
      • Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan.
      • Roadblocks will be reported to designated supervisor for each project within 24hrs of identification.
      • Attend change management board to represent project changes each Tuesday of every week.
      • Update weekly project spreadsheet.
      ADDITIONAL OVERVIEW
      • Develop requirements document, project plans, and schedules.
      • Work closely with supervisors for the allocation of resources.
      • Coordinate with internal departments on communication to staff.
      • Collaborate and align efforts with departments both within and outside the county.
      • Foster change acceptance and adoption among frontline employees with modern technologies.
      • Develop change communications and training documents tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external.
      • Monitor and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
      • Adhere to established change management processes.
      • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned projects by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
