Responsibilities:
· Workwith your team to create a restaurant of choice by providing the best food in afriendly and fast paced environment.
· Properlycontrolling and monitoring your store's cash, inventory, and equipment will bea cornerstone to your success
· Manager,empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals that supportour collective goal of "Service Excellence" for every customer that weserve.
· Setthe standard of Continuous Improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness onall dayparts with your team, including monitoring the quality of food beingserved to our customers
· Theability to perform HR duties for your employees in a way that maximize employeeengagement and retention.
· Theopportunity to interview and recommend candidates for selection in order toachieve proper staffing levels.
·Completeall required Administrative duties
·ProvideA+ training for every employee through our established systems.
