- A track record of driving marketing-attributed revenue within a growing SaaS organization, showcasing the ability to excel during pivotal growth phases.
- Demonstrated ability to meticulously track and optimize the lead funnel, ensuring a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
- Proficient in improving marketing investments by developing reporting systems that provide clear visibility into performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms, analytical tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets that deliver measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to assess and optimize team structures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering high performance.

The expected salary range for this position is between $185,000 and $290,000 USD (United States). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Demand Generation is responsible for architecting and driving VelocityEHS's demand generation strategy to achieve measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
