Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to join our dynamic team. The Senior Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand plans that align with sales forecasts and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product lines, taking into account historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activity.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather relevant data and insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze forecast variances and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to meet sales targets and inventory goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of demand plans with production schedules and inventory targets.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior demand planning team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
