Description

The RoleResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the Application Technology Lab. Supervises applications lab technicians and scientists, including responsibility for their performance review and goal setting. Oversees the daily activities related to managing the group, including work distribution, prioritization, timesheets, PTO, etc. Maintains items in the quality systems including the calibration records, standard operating procedures, and reported results. Works closely with other functions in the business line to address timelines and help communicate results.

Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
