    9+ month contract, potential to turn into a fulltime position.

    The Content Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the Pharmacy Care Reimagined strategy and implementation for Working closely with the marketing team, this individual will be responsible for creating compelling content and messaging that drives new sales and profitable membership growth and retention.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation: Lead the creation of content tailored to prospects, members, and other various marketing audiences. This includes consolidating and summarizing feedback from stakeholders, including legal, and effectively communicating this information to the broader team.
    2. Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with the Pharmacy Care Reimagined initiative. Attend all Pharmacy Reimagined meetings representing Acquisition and Retention Marketing.
    3. Project Management: Take ownership of project deliverables, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and agencies/vendors. Ensure consistency with marketing strategy and plans to meet business objectives and goals. Track campaign progress across the team to ensure timely execution.
    4. Presentation Development: Develop presentations and materials, including PowerPoint decks, to support business and campaign goals. Ensure materials are engaging, informative, and align with brand guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in content development and marketing strategy execution.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
    • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not required).
