- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
- Valid California Driver's License (CADL) with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to load packages, inter-office packages, mail, and product orders into van for distribution to clinical sites.
- Willingness to drive company car to deliver/courier deliveries.
- Knowledge of MIP software and Pitney Bowes mail machine & software preferred.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and renovations as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for larger maintenance projects.
