- Administer, configure, and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across the network.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support for healthcare-specific applications, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage data backup and recovery solutions, ensuring the safeguarding of critical healthcare information.

- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, or CISM are desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
