Description

Provides project analyst support to Project Control
Supports the Lead Project controller and Operations Manager for financial reporting and status
Tasking support includes financial tracking of contracts/tasks, conducting regular reconciliation of financial information in the Cost Point accounting system, utilizing PSRs, GL labor reports, ODC details, and task tracking spreadsheets
Identifies inaccurate charging and submits items with documentation/explanation for correction in the accounting system
Provides accurate, detailed weekly and monthly delivery status reports for various contracts
Prepares financial information and data required for all internal program reviews
Provides variance analysis to include adjusting/forecasting elements of costs for dynamic, ongoing tasks to ensure an accurate estimate at completion
Provides accurate and up-to-date financial status of contracts/tasks
Analyze issues and identify possible solutions to present to the Lead Project Control
Invoices review, ensuring accuracy and allowable under the contract, before approval for issuance to customer
Tracks Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items, including preparing staffing and personnel reports
Review and track purchases, travel, and time charges as required.
