    Description

We are currently looking for a bright and motivated new co-owner with experience in accounting and finance business systems to join us as a Manager of Finance Applications and Systems.

    About the Position

    • Finance lead responsible for selecting, installing, converting, upgrading, and enhancing information systems within the department and organization.
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process enhancement, increased efficiency, and alignment across functions and broader organizational strategies.
    • Lead finance initiatives regarding system upgrades, application configurations, reporting, and various finance-related process improvement projects.
    • Assist internal clients in developing and implementing business process improvements.
    • Utilize expertise in key business processes impacting the company to drive value across the organization.
    • Act as a Subject Matter expert on finance and accounting structure, understanding its connection to business support and reporting.
    • Keep the customer in mind at all times and strive for proactive customer service.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of financial, accounting, sales, and operational functions, applying this knowledge to make informed corporate decisions.
    • Maintain awareness of incentive compensation metrics and ensure reporting aligns with the incentive structure.
    • Understand sales and use tax requirements and procurement practices' implications.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred, CPA required.
    • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing services cost accounting principles and financial analytics.
    • 5+ years of supervision and leadership experience.
    • Passionate about learning, collaborating, and problem-solving as part of a team.
    • Excellent analytical skills translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
    • Experience in developing, documenting, and training on processes and procedures.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strong understanding of the implications among accounting, operations, and sales.
    • Ability to apply corporate finance techniques and grasp US GAAP.
