    SUMMARY

    Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist will perform total body imaging for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients within various body planes.

    These duties are will result in the production of quality images for diagnostic interpretation. The technologist will effectively utilize all imaging capabilities of the CT scanner and associated equipment and technology. The CT technologist will be responsible for maintaining the optimal level of patient care. The technologist will assist in the optimization of patient flow and study throughput.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    High School Diploma or GED is required.
    Associate's Degree from an approved school of Radiologic Technology is required.
    At least one year of experience as a Registered Technologist is required.
    Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
    Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a Registered Technologist.

    Must remain a member in good standing of the ARRT by maintenance of CE credits and yearly renewal of license(s).

    Estimated Salary:
    $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
