    Oruka is advancing a proprietary portfolio of potentially best-in-class antibodies that were engineered by Paragon Therapeutics and target the core mechanisms underlying plaque psoriasis and other dermatologic and inflammatory diseases.

    We expect our lead programs, ORKA-001 and ORKA-002 targeting IL-23p19 and IL-17A/F, respectively, to enter clinical trials in 2025.

    Were looking to add a member to our Corporate Development & Strategy team whos excited by the opportunity to join a small, fast-moving company seeking to set a new standard for the treatment of chronic skin diseases.

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate and/or pipeline strategy, a track record of delivering high impact insights, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    This role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. Drive corporate strategy efforts related to our portfolio of novel biologics, including pipeline prioritization, identification of new growth opportunities, and other special projects
    Support our pipeline programs through development of overall program strategy, contributing to development plans, conducting market analyses, performing competitive intelligence, building financial models, and providing analytical support for key decisions
    Contribute to business development, investor relations, corporate communications, and other activities as needed
    Collaborate closely with clinical development, program management, legal, finance, and other functions to support advancement of our programs and company
    Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership in the creation, refinement, articulation, and execution of our business and program strategy

    4+ years of experience in the biopharma industry, which could include management consulting and/or comparable experience
    ~ Ability to apply a deep scientific and clinical understanding and broad knowledge of drug development to drive the business forward
    ~ ability to dissect information quickly and develop data-backed recommendations for R&D programs
    ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience presenting to senior leadership and Board of Directors
    ~ Undergraduate training in a scientific discipline

    Graduate degree (PhD, MD, MBA)
