- Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor work and materials to maintain quality control standards at all project stages.
- Facilitate communication within the project team and support subcontractors for efficient job execution.
- Conduct inspections or arrange for inspectors to meet safety and compliance requirements at job sites.
- Prepare daily written job reports.
- Manage multiple job sites simultaneously and oversee the progress of individual projects.
- Resolve issues and conflicts, organize meetings, and collaborate with team members as needed.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, meeting waste disposal and environmental protection standards.

Our Client is seeking a **superintendent** to oversee all restoration projects on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include managing labor requests, equipment procurement, on-site supervision, paperwork accuracy, and quality control. The superintendent will also interact closely with occupants and property owners throughout the restoration process, providing daily updates to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
