    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization to provide valuable insights for our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a

    strong understanding of SQL, reporting, and data visualization. Comfort with working in a data-focused environment is crucial, as our company heavily relies on data-driven decision-making. This position reports into the Data

    Science team, which collaborates closely with various departments. The Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as the primary data contact for any data-related questions.

    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions and inquiriesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights for business operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insightsUtilize data visualization tools like Looker to create visually appealing and interactive reportsConduct comprehensive data analysis, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to managementManage and maintain large data sets using SQL and other relevant data toolsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting and analysisStay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligenceIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data analysis workflowRequirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related fieldFamiliarity with data modeling (dbt)Minimum of 3 year of experience in financial analysis, data science or a similar roleProficiency in SQL and experience working with large data setsStrong expertise in Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBasic knowledge of accounting practices

    $100,000 - $130,000 a year

    Note :

    Assurance is required by multiple state and city laws to include the salary range on position postings when hiring in those specific locals.

    The salary range for this position will be between ($100,000 - $130,000 USD,


    CAD:
    $96,000 - $124,900) and may be eligible for additional bonus or commission plans + benefits. Eligibility to participate in the bonus or commission plans is subject to the rules governing those programs, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and/or organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
