    About the Role:

    CrowdStrike is looking for an SMB Partner Account Manager responsible for growing revenue with our SMB partners. This first-of-its-kind role will be dedicated to managing and accelerating small business revenue growth through our partners, who are introducing Falcon Go to small businesses across the globe. Responsibilities include creating and executing on strategic business plans to accelerate and maximize revenue with key partners. Success in this role will require enabling strong, productive relationships with all levels and functions internally and externally. This role further requires established knowledge of SMB SaaS and experience working with self-service software sales motions targeted to small businesses.     What You'll Do:

    • Drive new partner ACV from select SMB partner channels, accelerating and maximizing engagement between partners and CrowdStrike.
    • Develop and execute a strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship, including executive touchpoints, revenue planning and achievement, business development, and deep collaboration with internal cross-functional partners (e.g., marketing, product, legal, and operations at global and regional levels).
    • Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders at assigned partners, to promote and enable joint business plans and GTM activities.
    • Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike Marketing to create and execute joint demand generation plans and initiatives in support of strategic business plans and revenue goals.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews to review progress and execution of the strategic joint business plan, to ensure we are meeting objectives and defining action plans to address any gaps and new opportunities.
    • Set and manage revenue targets and work internally and with select partner organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
    • Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast funnel of partners to meet or exceed quota requirements.
    • Develop, manage, and report on revenue and conversion funnels against goals and other key metrics.
    • Support and facilitate engagement of our internal business and technical teams with partner business and technical teams.
    • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, CrowdStrike's offerings, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned.

    What You'll Need:

    • 7+ years of SaaS business development experience, including direct experience selling and/or marketing to SMBs via top-tier partnerships and marketplaces.
    • Track record in building successful alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams and overachieving revenue goals.
    • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multi-task, work independently or within a team, take charge, and make things happen in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Impeccable communicator and presenter who possesses strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
    • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality: takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving and generating ideas and solutions.
    • Passionate about the mission to give every business the best cybersecurity protection, regardless of size.
    • University/college degree or equivalent experience.
