Hiring Plant Manager - Make a Positive Impact on People, Culture and Implement Operational Improvements
We are recruiting for a Plant Manager in south central Kentucky. This is a crucial role that will make an immediate impact by instilling a positive work culture for about 100 people. You will manage the operating budget, lead production, safety, quality, inventory and other operational responsibilities. This plant produces high quality products and is looking for a manufacturing leader who is also a good people person to run this facility.
This is a strategic role for the business yet also ideal for an operations leader who still likes being on the shop floor and mentoring. Show up each day willing to be hands on and supporting improvement projects. You will ensure high safety standards and help operating teams meet production and quality standards
