- Obtain program office approval of potential submissions for future years prior to submission in APFS
- Submission of APFS records for all new requirements as soon as they are identified
- Amend APFS records, as needed, to ensure they reflect the accurate plans for each PR
- Update records in APFS for PRs that are cancelled
- Ensure correct APFS number is included in PR documentation/package
- Reconciling APFS records to ensure the population is current and accurate
- Notify CORs of newly received suitability documentation
- Maintain tracking sheet for contractor suitability status
- Update tracking sheet with information from the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and notify CORs when contractors have received Entry on Duty (EOD)
- Research status of contractors in the suitability process
- Provide CORs active contractor listings from ISMS and assisting with cleanup, when required
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills and computer skills to perform required tasks
- Prior experience using the PRISM contract writing system, FFMS, MS Excel, MS Access, TEAMS, and SharePoint
