    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Production Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our production operations and ensuring smooth workflow. You will work closely with the production team to assist in various tasks and contribute to the overall success of our production process.     Starting Rate of Pay: $20.16 per hour plus shift differential, call time, meal allowance, and paid lunches. After that, the employee is paid for the position the employee is working which ranges from $26.50 per hour to $38.35 per hour plus shift differential

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Assist in all aspects of the production process, including setting up and operating machinery, assembling components, and performing quality checks.
    • Receive, organize, and store raw materials and supplies. Ensure proper inventory control and accurate recordkeeping. Retrieve and transport materials to workstations as needed, ensuring timely availability for production tasks.
    • Clean and maintain production equipment and tools to ensure their optimal performance. Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
    • Inspect finished products for defects and deviations from quality standards. Follow quality control procedures to ensure only the highest quality products are delivered to customers.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Contribute to the implementation of safety improvements.
    • Maintain accurate production records and reports. Record production data, including quantities, dates, and times, in a timely and organized manner.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience

    • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
    • Basic knowledge of production equipment and tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
