We are currently seeking a Senior Relocation Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team\'s priorities are:

What this job involves

Supporting and managing industry changing projects.

As a Senior Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to lead the delivery of challenging relocation and change management projects. Your development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, develop relocation and change management strategies, manage project related documentation, track move vendor RFPs, lead weekly relocation planning meetings, develop scope and schedule of assigned projects and serve as the SME responsible for all elements of the relocation planning and execution events including post move support. Your knowledge of transition and change management will support your ability to help the team deliver interesting and industry changing projects.

You are proactive and forward thinking, seeking to understand the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients. You will deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way. You will also be able to lead change management activities and manage projects of varying sizes and scope including change management and relocation projects up to and over 500 associates.

Education and experience

• A Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience, related to project management
• Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferred

Estimated compensation

Estimated compensation for this position: 116, ,000.00 USD per year.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
