    Overview:
    Looking for a people person? Well, become a part of the First Citizens Bank team and make a real impact with us.


    Join us as a Senior Operations Services Supervisor at First Citizens Bank, where you'll take charge of overseeing operations across multiple branches and managing service line associate teams.

    You'll handle teller transactions, assist customers with various requests, and educate them on our banking tools and resources. Your role will also involve identifying and passing on sales opportunities to the right bank partner to support the branch team's sales efforts.

    Responsibilities:
    The key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
    • Overseeing operations at multiple branch locations, ensuring compliance with all branch operational policies and procedures
    • Creating schedules and delegating tasks for remotely managed branches
    • Addressing and resolving transaction and cash discrepancies
    • Hiring, supervising, and managing the performance of service line associates
    • Accurately and efficiently processing transactions
    • Enhancing customer understanding of bank services, including digital banking options
    • Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can address their financial needs


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management

    Preferred Area of Experience:
    Management or supervisory experience

    License or Certification Type:
    Willingness to travel frequently to other offices, visit bank customers, etc., using personal transportation. Required to spend one day per week at a secondary branch location
    Must possess a valid driver's license

    Skill(s): Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Operations Management
