The Adult Recovery Coach coordinates and/or directly provides covered behavioral health services to address individual client needs.Develops individual service plans (ISP) and crisis plans. Facilitates the Adult Recovery Team (ART). Assists clients in navigating the behavioral health system. Aids the client in identifying natural supports.
