    Description

    Shift:

    • Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Biology, Microbiology or related field

    Description:

    • Preparation of the fermenters
    • Media preparation and glassware cleaning
    • Operating and preparing seed and production fermenters
    • Sterility checks on fermenters; two times per week, candidates will enter the fermenter to clean and sanitize.
    • Monitoring the levels on all fermenters.
    • Basic Microbiology techniques, including Aseptic Technique. Candidates will wear sterile gown while working with chemicals (acids, bases, steam)
    • Documentation and some computer skills
