Job Summary
The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring proper controls are in place for all spare parts and materials used to maintain ConocoPhillips aircraft based in Alaska.+
Responsibilities
Purchase required parts and materials as directed by the Director of MaintenanceMaintain inventory levels sufficient to ensure high dispatch ability
Ensure all parts and materials are stored in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and industry standards
Maintain accurate inventory count
Enforce applicable sections of ConocoPhillips' procurement policy
Ensure proper parts certifications are maintained on record.
Ensure proper application of cost codes are maintained
Maintain systems that ensure proper control of shelf life and minimum / maximum inventory counts
