Currently, ARSIEM is seeking a talented CNO Security Developer for a position supporting one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with a team of developers on security-focused OS-centric capabilities
Support the mission of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ (CAP2) or 8+ (CAP3) years of experience in programming with C/C++ or similar languages and Python
In-depth knowledge of network protocols
Strong grasp of OS internals (e.g., Windows)
Proficiency in tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, or other similar binary analysis software
Familiarity with modern software engineering principles
Understanding of common CNO techniques
Capability to gather requirements and independently design solutions
Ability to outline a development plan and predict deliverables

Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer II

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
Minimum of six (6) years of programming experience in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
Minimum of five (5) years developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum of five (5) years developing UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments

Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer III

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering

Clearance Requirement: This role necessitates an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Applicants must be US Citizens to be considered.

Candidate Referral: If you know someone who would excel in this position, ARSIEM offers a referral program where you can potentially earn a bonus. For every new candidate you recommend (not in our database) who is successfully placed on one of our projects, you could receive a $10,000 bonus within 12 months of the referral. The bonus is disbursed after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
