    Description
    RealREPP, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm is currently teaming with one of the largest and accomplished plaintiffs' law firms in the country. Currently they are seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team in Encino Responsibilities
    • Conduct legal research and analysis of relevant federal and state statutes and case law.
    • Draft correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
    • Assist in every aspect of the discovery process, including propounding and responding to discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with co-counsel on law and motion, and discovery matters.
    • Manage several projects at a time under the supervision of senior attorneys.
    Basic Qualifications
    • 2-10 years of civil litigation experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and assist in devising solutions and strategies.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism; superior attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Willing to work in, and contribute to, a collaborative environment.
    • Must be willing to take ownership of assignments and think proactively.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong background (3+ years) representing plaintiffs in class action lawsuits.
    Required Education/Membership
    • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
    • Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing.
