- Support Account Management Team and Sales Team with the conversion of clients desired layout into a system complete with BOM line items required for quoting
- Support Production Team with detailed fabrication specs for special/custom elements required to fulfill project designs where applicable.
- Ensure accurate details are provided within the drawings including accurate dimensions, annotated hardware callouts, and BOM parts lists within Autodesk Inventor Software for quote requests
- Work with Account Management Team on any concerns regarding structural stability or specialized product ranges
- Support with business development with proposal, schedules, and estimates for future work
- Prepare design concepts, drawings, cost estimates, bills of material and any other required documents
- Apply company standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, procedures and industry standards in preparing the design
- Highly organized, able to manage priorities, workload, and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years CAD (Inventor, AutoCAD)
- Have experience/affinity with 3D drawing packages or are willing to learn
- Experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Business Central is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
