    Description
    The Hilton Los Angeles Airport is currently seeking a new member to join their Engineering team as a General Maintenance 1. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to advance in the hospitality industry. The Hilton LAX features 1,234 guest rooms and over 52,000 square feet of event space, making it a central location with attractions like SoFi Stadium and Kia Forum just 3 miles away, Santa Monica Pier at 11 miles, and more within a 20-mile radius. What will be the responsibilities?
    • Inspecting guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for repairs or replacements.
    • Repairing or replacing various items such as light bulbs, switches, faucets, furniture, paint, and more.
    • Assisting team members with preventive maintenance tasks.
    • Keeping records of completed repairs and areas needing further attention.
    What qualifications are we seeking?
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance.
    • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and Electrical is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and project prioritization.
