- Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
- Build and maintain client base.
- Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
- Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
- Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
- Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
- Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
- Uphold Safety to Standards.
- Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience
- Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain both OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications within 90 days
- Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of employment
- Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
- Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
