As a HR Support Specialist, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
**Responsibilities:**
Triaging incoming phone calls throughout the HR Department;
Maintaining HRIS databases including data entry;
Interface with management staff of all levels;
Tracking statistical information related to incoming phone calls/requests;
Running reports & follow-up as needed;
Managing HR projects as assigned;
Greeting & directing guests;
Provide support to the HR department to ensure excellent customer service.

**Qualifications:**
High School diploma required, Bachelors degree in HR preferred;
Human Resources or clerical experience;
Experience and/or knowledge of Ultipro or Relias LMS a plus.
Valid Driver's License required
