- As an Second Assistant Golf Professional, you will ensure that each golf guest is provided a warm welcome and sense of genuine care when entering the golf services area just beyond the Blue Monster Shop lawn.
- Educate golf members and guests about the Doral history, course information, amenities that are offered, and when asked provide golf professional support regarding the game and our industry.
- Coordinate with the Golf Services team the guest's golf bag location and set up to expedite the process.
- Partner with the starter from each golf course to update daily any day of tee time additions, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the inside and surrounding golf shop area to include perimeter golf shop patio area, World Golf Championship Globe, ceiling tiles, windows, mirrors, shoe cleaner next to champions grill entrance, golf shop counter, and designated floor space
- Operate and run Golf Genius, GHIN and any other membership applications
- Assist in the supervision of the membership locker room as well as purchasing and ordering of goods and supplies.
- Provide locker room service support to golf guests and coordinate any spike replacements, shoe polish/shine, locker check outs or luggage storage needs.
