I amseeking aSpecial Education Teacher for a school district located nearBeech Grove, IN. This contract position is working full-time, 37.5 hours per week for the full school year.

In this position, the Special Education Teacher will be working at one school location with students in Elementary, Middle or High school settingswith mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities includeInclusion and/or Resource Room services, provide students with disabilities with the support they need in order to be academically successful in the general education environment. Special Education teachers provide an array of services to students with disabilities, including direct instruction in reading/language arts, writing, mathematics and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or Education with concentration in Special Education
• Must have a valid Indianastate Special Education TeacherCertificate
• Previous teaching experience is preferred
