- Manage an in house patient care team geared toward providing outstanding customer service and giving each patient a VIP concierge follow up experience
- Provide warm, welcoming support to patients in-person and via phone or email.
- Manage the team responsible for reaching out to patients before/after appointments
- Coordinate appointments, manage patient queries, and offer information about services and treatments.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans.
- Assist patients with paperwork, insurance verification, and understanding treatment costs.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment, gathering feedback and addressing any concerns to ensure continuous care and satisfaction.
- Support the clinic's mission by promoting a culture of high-quality patient care and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with healthcare systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is advantageous.
