    About Craven County Schools:
    Craven County Schools, located in New Bern, NC, and surrounding areas, is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the school year. We are dedicated to providing quality education and support to our students, and we are looking for a committed professional to join our team.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, serving students from PreK to 12th grade across various locations in New Bern, Havelock, James City, Merrimon, and surrounding areas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
    • Provide direct therapy services to students
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
    • North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

    Job Details:

    • Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
    • Serving students from PreK to 12th grade
    • Various locations: New Bern, Havelock, James City, Merrimon, NC areas
    • School-based setting

    Requirements:

    • Availability for the entire school year
    • Must hold a valid North Carolina state OT license or be eligible for licensure
