As the VP of Sales - IT Staffing you will:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
• Source and screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Manage the entire recruitment process from pursuing job leads to offer acceptance
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Train and mentor junior recruiters on the team
