Description

• Senior Test Engineer responsible for developing test program and design of hardware on ATE (Automated Testing Equipment) for product bring up, characterization and eventual mass production testing of very high performance SOC semiconductor devices.
• Should be self-motivated and work in high pressure environment. Should be fully capable in optimally utilizing all ATE resources for providing a low cost of test (CoT) without compromising on outgoing product quality.
• Responsible for all phases of product test development and should plan/track schedule in order to reduce time to market.
• Develop test plans and support various phases of manufacturing including proto bring up, reliability testing, characterization, production releases and failure analysis.
• Skill in programming language C, C++, shell script languages like PERL, AWK, and Python. Experience with ATE platforms such as V93000 or Teradyne UFlex is required. Background in Digital, Mixed Signal testing is highly desirable.

• 5+ years of ATE Test Development experience.
• 5+ years of Analog and Mixed signal is a requisite.
• Experience on Verigy 93000 Digital, Mixed Signal or Teradyne UFlex test platform.
• Demonstrate strong technical and functional knowledge high speed digital and mixed signal testing fundamentals.
• Sound understanding of Semiconductor Design For Test (DFT) techniques such as ATPG, MBIST, loop back testing of high performance serdes etc.
• Experienced in Analog blocks such as high speed DACS, ADC, filters etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• BS degree in EE or equivalent or MS in EE.
