    Integration Engineer

    Full Time - Direct Hire

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Lead customer-facing integration projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful implementations and maximize customer impact.
    • Offer hands-on guidance and technical leadership on integration design, taking an active role in ensuring solutions align with partner needs and drive impactful outcomes.
    • Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance in high-volume environments, ensuring firsthand seamless customer experiences and maximum impact.
    • Dive into innovation by iterating on new features and use cases in response to partner feedback, personally leading efforts for continuous improvement and delivering impactful solutions.
    • Serve as key engineering point of contact for key partner
    • Work with partners to implement commerce media platform
    • Collaborate with partners to deploy and optimize our commerce media platform, actively contributing to business impact and enhancing partner success.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environments
    • Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languages
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
    • Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts
    • Passion for learning new things and educating others
    • Highly efficient and organized
    • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions
    • Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity

    Specifically looking for people who have a solid grasp of (and ideally experience with):

    Interacting with clients/partners

    Event-driven architectures

    Microservices

    Kubernetes

    Horizontal & vertical scaling

    Network components & troubleshooting

    Back-end coding (Go is ideal, but any is fine)

    Front-end coding is a plus, but not required
