- 5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
- Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts
- Passion for learning new things and educating others
- Highly efficient and organized
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions
- Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity
