    Job Title: Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Roscommon, MI

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Overview

    Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in Roscommon, MI.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
    • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement IEPs.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related team activities.
    • Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding speech and language needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Valid Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain).
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but CFs are welcome to apply.
    • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
