    Open to candidates from America countriesPosition responsibilities:Develop and lead a Safety-first culture while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met.

    Drive and support all activities to ensure overall business objectives and targets are met or exceeded.

    Create a Proactive Maintenance culture, ensuring failure modes are identified before a downtime event and that irreversible corrective actions are implemented for all Equipment failures.

    Select, develop and train Maintenance team members to effectively execute operations to achieve business goals and targets.
    Effectively train, coach and support team members in problem solving and resolution activities.
    Establish people development as a core value to develop future leaders and grow organizational capability.
    Empower and support teams to improve their work environment and eliminate any constraints.
    Compliance to VinFast Manufacturing systems and processes.
    Ensuring that MTTR and MTBF targets are developed and met to assist with Production volume and quality metrics.
    Looking for ways to eliminate waste and cost out of the business though team engagement and ownership.

    Ensuring that an equipment spare parts inventory is developed and maintained to ensure that critical equipment spare parts are sourced, maintained and on hand as required.


    Position Requirements:
    A desire to lead a team that instills a Safety-first approach to everything we do.

    Ensuring that LOTO (Lock out tag out) processes and procedures are adhered to and all risks are identified and mitigated before each task.

    Demonstrated successful leadership of Maintenance teams within a high paced, automated Manufacturing environment.
    Good common-sense business insight and experience with the development and implementation of business strategies.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information.
    Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.10+ years experience in a Maintenance role, with leadership experience and a strong technical mindset.

    Qualified trade experience as a Mechanical or Electrical tradesperson is essential.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).


    Education:
    Advanced Diploma in Engineering at a minimum. Trade certificate mandatory.
    Strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international audiences across all levels of the organization.
    Ensuring that planned Maintenance activities do not have an impact on Production requirements.

    Driving Plant throughput, ensuring that equipment is reliable and that plant bottlenecks are identified, and action plans developed for resolution.

    Sound Technical knowledge of a highly automated environment desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
