Job summary
We're looking for a Regional Manager to provide leadership and support for properties from Madison to eastern Iowa. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home, our Madison office, and on-site at assigned communities.Responsibilities
- Budgets and Accounting: Annual budgetsMeet NOI and budget goals
Evaluate monthly financial statements
Prepare owner reports- Leasing and Marketing: Oversee property-based marketing and leasing efforts
Establish and implement marketing plans
Evaluate market conditions and property comparable- Operations: Ensure consistency in property procedures and process
Monitor contract process for capitol improvements
Ensure rent collections are in accordance with policies and procedures-
