    Job Description

    We are hiring an Electrical Project Engineer that has the responsibility to complete a broad range of moderately to complex projects. Projects include equipment procurement and installation; process improvements and automation; and projects involving electrical systems, PLC, and safety circuit design upgrades. The position supports multiple manufacturing facilities, and this individual will have interactions with numerous cross functional teams within the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Project Management responsibilities for successful planning, preparation and execution,
    • Develop documents needed for approval of capital funding,
    • Develop & manage budget and schedules for projects,
    • Communicate project status/metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership,
    • Approximately 25-35% travel to other locations
    Desired Skills & Experience

    Technical
    • Manufacturing background with capital project experience highly desired
    • Fundamental knowledge of relevant codes and standards
    • Proficiency in ability to design, build and troubleshoot machine & safety control systems, PLC/HMI software and electrical systems is highly desired,
    • Proficiency in robotics application and programming is highly desired
    Computer/Electrical Controls
    • Proficient with computer based software (i.e., ACAD, Solidworks)
    • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
    • Proficient with Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Siemens software highly desired
    • Proficient with Fanuc robotics programming is highly desired
    Experience
    • Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving and organizational skills,
    • Self-motivated and sound decision making skills
    • Independent contributor who can excel in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required
    • Minimum 5-7 years related experience is desired
