Hanson Search is working with ASP Isotopes Inc a fast-growing company operating across advanced materials radiopharmaceuticals nuclear medicine next-generation nuclear fuels.The Investor Relations Lead will establish lead a structured investor relations function for a rapidly expanding publicly listed company operating in complex technical sectors creating clarity structure consistency in all aspects of investor engagement strengthening long-term shareholder relationships enhancing companys profile among institutional investors particularly within US market.
Key Responsibilities Build lead professional Investor Relations function establishing clear narrative messaging discipline long-term engagement plans aligned corporate strategy Develop execute coherent IR strategy focused strengthening relationships institutional investors analysts Create full suite IR infrastructure including investor decks messaging frameworks financial communications processes calendars conference schedules roadshow plans Own all investor communications end-end including earnings cycles press releases investor presentations scripts Q&A materials investor days Introduce structure organisation cadence across all investor activity replacing reactive last-minute processes consistent preparation forward planning Lead communications surrounding acquisitions integrations spinouts complex corporate milestones ensuring clarity consistency coherent equity story Prepare senior executives earnings calls investor meetings public engagements drafting talking points running rehearsals coordinating materials Serve central orchestrator Finance Legal Commercial wider leadership team ensuring internal ownership messaging strategy delivery Manage oversee external advisers IR PR internal ownership messaging strategy delivery Support requirements operating multiple listings geographies NASDAQ JSE maintaining high standards disclosure reinforcing unified narrative
