    Salary Range: $75k-$95k / year (plus monthly profit share)

    This is a hands-on role, where the Lead Culinary Director will be actively involved in the kitchen. You will not only lead but also train and develop your culinary team daily. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Partnering with leadership to drive culinary strategy and ensure alignment with the Sixty Vines brand.
    • Owning the food menu, overseeing food costs, and ensuring execution by the team.
    • Implementing new menu items, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
    • Maintaining product quality and execution for all menu items.
    • Engaging in continuous education and research in current food techniques.
    • Developing the next generation of chefs through hands-on training and mentorship.
    • Upholding standards of culinary safety, sanitation, and product education.

    Candidate Profile:

    • 3-5 years of culinary management experience, with a strong focus on menu rollouts and kitchen systems.
    • A proven leader, capable of motivating and developing teams effectively.
    • A quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant systems.
    • High personal motivation and enthusiasm, with keen attention to detail.
    • Must live within reasonable driving distance to one of our restaurants.
